What you share with us

If you email, call or book a session, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, contact details and what you would like help with. We use them to reply, schedule and provide coaching.

Scheduling and payments

If you book through an online scheduler or pay by card, those services (such as cal.com and Stripe) collect and process the information you enter under their own privacy policies.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information.
